TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 1-night charge.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM and Check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability.

3. Guest Identity

A valid government-issued ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driving License) is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds for online payments will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment source.
